You’ll be connected with a Senior Care Advisor for a complimentary phone care assessment. The assessment will determine if there is a need for in-home care. In-home caregivers provide: personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation services, exercise assistance and companionship.

We have partnership agreements with local, regional and national senior care communities. For areas we serve, we will schedule a personally guided tour of the community with family members and/or the senior.

The Senior Care Advisor will determine if the call warrants a clinical professional to assess the needs of the client. The complimentary phone assessment covers areas such as cognitive issues, depression, home safety, anxiety disorder, alcohol use and diabetes. If the caller and the Senior Care Advisor deem it necessary to conduct an in person visit, such visits will be coordinated on a case by case basis.

A review of the client's Long-Term Care policy if a claim for care is to be initiated. The Senior Care Advisor will initiate, care coordinate, and manage the claim on behalf of the policyholder. They will also assist with understanding the terms and conditions of a policy and will provide the policyholder with any and all information required to self-initiate the claim. This claim and education process is complimentary.
